Data transfer speeds and coverage area is up to 10 times better then a standard Wireless-G router. The data speed is up to a blistering 270 mbps. Netgear's 'Steady-Stream' technology is included to provide a constant connection even with multiple network activity running simultaneously (such as streaming video and transferring files). MIMO (multiple-in, multiple-out) enhances the network coverage of the Netgear DG834N and reduces dead spots.
Netgear DG834N ADSL Modem
An ADSL 2+ modem is built into the Netgear DG834N so that it can plug directly into the ADSL line. There is no need for a separate ADSL modem. The wireless router is easy to install with the Netgear Smart Wizard.
