The Netgear DG834GT is a super fast wireless ADSL router. It uses Super G wireless technology, which is 10 times faster than standard wireless B and almost twice as fast as wireless G. It has a speed of 108 Mbps.
The Netgear DG834GT wireless ADSL router is a 5 in 1 product, with a built in modem, router, firewall and wireless access point. You do not need a separate ADSL modem. You can plug the Netgear DG834GT straight into your ADSL line.
The Netgear DG834GT comes with a high security firewall and encryption technology (True Firewall and WPA encryption). This will help to protect you from hackers, eavesdroppers and other intruders.
The Netgear DG834GT wireless router is for ADSL broadband. It will not work if you have cable broadband (eg Virgin Media Cable).
